Keyword imports with a clear source
Bring CSV exports from Semrush, SE Ranking or another provider. Keep keyword volume, difficulty and CPC with the provider, market and data date. Missing values remain unknown.
Included in all plans: 1,000 rows per import on Starter, 5,000 on Growth and 20,000 on Agency. CSV files must be under 2 MB. A provider subscription or export is supplied separately.
Imported provider metrics are estimates. AI-generated keyword ideas, not measured search-volume or difficulty data.
WordPress drafts, ready for your review
Send a saved article to a compatible WordPress site using its REST API and an application password. Cove creates a draft. You review formatting and publish from WordPress.
Included in Growth and Agency. Your brand URL must point to the WordPress installation over public HTTPS with IPv4. Application passwords are used for a single send and are not saved. Each article can be sent once per site; edit the resulting draft in WordPress. WordPress.com’s separate API is not supported.
Measured performance, with its limits visible
Import the Dates CSV from Google Search Console. See clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position by week. Each report names the property, filters, date range and export date. Partial weeks show the number of supplied days.
Included in Growth and Agency, with up to 5,000 daily rows per import. Reports use the latest complete snapshot. This release does not include a direct Google connection, live rank tracking or attribution of traffic changes to Cove articles.
Agency approvals and branded reports
Assign a saved draft to a different reviewer. Share its review link, and have the reviewer sign in using the assigned verified email. Reviewers do not need a paid plan.
Once requested, approval is required for that version before Cove publishing, scheduling or a WordPress send. An edit requires a new review. Articles outside the assigned workflow keep their existing controls. Decision notes stay with the review.
