1. Create your brand
Sign in, open Your brands, and add a profile. Include an HTTPS website URL, your audience, and the writing voice you want. Keep confidential information out of the brief.

2. Choose a plan
Open Billing to select a subscription. The current deployment uses Stripe test mode. An active subscription unlocks AI writing and publishing; never use real payment details in a test checkout.
3. Explore an idea
Open Keyword ideas, select your brand, and describe a topic. Cove suggests article titles and keywords. These are AI ideas, not measured search-volume or difficulty reports.
4. Write and refine
Generate a draft or start blank. Edit the title, meta description, focus keyword, and Markdown content. Preview the article, review facts and links, and save your changes.
5. Publish or schedule
Publish now releases an article on your Cove publication. Scheduling releases it in a daily window starting at 10:00 UTC; exact timing may vary. A subscription must be active at release time. Export Markdown for other websites.
6. Enable your bots
Open Automations for your selected brand. Add a topic brief, then enable daily drafting. Drafts stay private by default. Automatic publication requires the separate consent checkbox. The planner, writer, and review stages appear in run history.
7. Pause or retry
Pause automation to stop future daily runs. Work already underway may still finish as a draft. Failed runs show a message and can be retried from run history. Your subscription allowance still applies.
8. Ask your AI helper
Use Ask Cove AI for general SEO and product questions. Inside the dashboard, the AI helper can use your selected brand profile. It does not access other customers’ content, live search analytics, or payment credentials.
Trouble with AI?
If AI service activation is pending or credits are exhausted, generation and chat display an availability message. You can still save manual drafts, review guides, and use exports. Contact support if the problem continues.
