Start where your customers hesitate
List the questions you hear in sales conversations, support emails, and product reviews. Which problem brought someone to you? What did they need to understand before making a decision? These are stronger starting points than a list of broad industry terms.
Give each article one job
Choose a specific reader and one practical question. A comparison can help someone evaluate options. A how-to can help them complete a task. A troubleshooting guide can remove a barrier. Resist making one article do everything.
Add something only you can contribute
Use your process, relevant examples, and practical observations. An AI draft can organize a first pass, but it does not replace experience or fact-checking. Remove generic filler and make the article useful to someone who arrived with a real problem.
Publish at a pace you can review
A small, consistent plan you can maintain is better than a backlog you cannot assess. Track topics, intended readers, and publication dates. In Cove, a brand brief guides ideas and drafts, and the editor keeps review in your hands.
